Terms of Sales

STORE POLICIES

Communication is important to me and ensures a smooth transaction with a minimum of fuss for you.

Contact should be made within 24 hours, and payment is expected at time of checkout, unless prior arrangements are made.

If no payment or contact made [by you] within 5 business days ... the transaction will be considered "null and void" and item/s will be returned to stock.


Payment methods accepted:

Please use your "Order #" for payment ID reference

AUSTRALIAN Buyers = Direct Deposit; Paypal; Money Order [contact requred for details].
NO personal cheques are accepted and will be returned if received.

INTERNATIONAL Buyers = Paypal only [funded or credit card].
NO International money-orders or personal cheques are accepted and will be returned if received.

Items will be sent only after full payment has been received ... no exceptions.

All returns will require authorization. Please email for auth.# prior to returning your item.

No returns will be accepted after six(6) weeks from date posted. [post office receipts/registration forms are catalogued & retained and will be used for verification]

Sale, clearance, or items listed as 'seconds' are not eligible for a return or exchange ... so please check your measurements carefully. If in any doubt - please ask ... I am only too happy to help.

No returns on custom orders EXCEPT for sizing/fit issues. A store credit may be issued [conditions apply] but at the very least I will try to rectify the problem or issue.

All returned items must be in original condition that means "not worn and not washed", other than for trying on for fit.


Product Guarantee
I have "exacting" quality control procedures in place for each and every item that I make, and therefore can guarantee the finishing and workmanship to be of the highest standards.
Each item is thoroughly checked before and after washing/drying and re-checked again before final packaging and posting.

Unless otherwise noted in the individual listings ... all items are regarded as being in 'firsts' or perfect condition.

"Change of Mind" returns will be assessed on an individual basis AND at my discretion. A re-stocking fee may be applied [again at my discretion].
I cannot accept 'change of mind' returns on items after they have been posted.


YOU, the customer, are responsible for postage on returned items. Items for exchange will be assessed and examined on an individual basis prior to any exchanges/store credits being issued.

Any personal information received during the transaction process from my store is used solely by me for record-keeping and taxation purposes only, and will never be disclosed or on-sold to a third party. All retained information is securely shredded at the end of the financial/fiscal year.
