tiKKi is clothing for individuals.
tiKKi is for those who want to be a little bit different.
tiKKi is for those who love the finer details.
I specialise in individual items of clothing; rarely do I ever make exactly the
same piece. While I reuse the same basic shapes for my garments; my choice of
fabrics is ever changing. I spend a great deal of time sourcing and hunting out
quality fabric that has that special quality to it. Many of the fabrics I use
are hard to find imported quilters cotton.
One of the hallmarks of my clothes is attention to detail; whether it be in the
stitching, the applique, the embroidery, the choice of fabric, the placement of
pockets, the buttons or even the mix and contrast of colours and textures. For
me, good clothing should embody all these things.
My garments are also designed to be multi-sized with the intention of them growing
with your child and them getting more than one season of wear. I personally find
to hard when my daughter outgrows some of my favourite pieces of clothing.
For me the enjoyment is in creating garments that will be loved, cherished and
enjoyed.
Terms and Conditions Multiple Births policy
It is difficult to find unique and one-off clothes for twins, triplets or even quads. For this reason I offer a policy that offers a custom to parents of multiple births . If you purchase something through my store and wish me to make a matching or similar item for the rest of your set, please contact me and I shall do all I can to oblige. Customs
Currently tiKKi is open to a very limited amount of custom places. I am aiming to keep my custom list semi-open but only have a very limited waiting time on it.; and hence a short list. Please join my mailing list or email me at tikki@ozebaby.com.au if you would like further details. Payment
I accept payment by paypal, direct deposit or bank cheque/money order. Please finalise your payment within 10 days of placing your order. To save on precious resources I send invoices by email only.
Returns policy
In the unlikely event that you find a problem with one of my items I am happy to repair, refund or offer a store credit. Depending on fabric availabilty I may be able to offer a replacement; this may not always be possible as items are one-offs and unique pieces. Please bring this to my attention within two weeks of receipt of product. All items are covered for a period of 30 days for faults beyond normal wear and tear. I try to include as much detail in regard to fitting as possible, however, if
you have any further queries, please feel free to email me. I will refund for
incorrect fit but postage will be the buyer's responsibility.
Postage
I aim to keep postage costs as low as possible and therefore send small parcels as large letters. If you wish to have your item sent as a parcel please indicate this upon payment. If you wish to register your parcel please choose the shipping insurance option. Items will only be posted once payment has cleared. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. pint

extra special pieces for the pint-sized person in your life. These are created
by my very talented sister, Megsie.
