 One of my favourite things is candles - I love the flame, the ambiance, the scents, the colours. But I dont like the toxic smoke and soot produced by paraffin candles that makes me choke!
A few years ago, I discovered soy wax candles - virtually smoke free and non-toxic! Not only that, but soy candles burn longer than paraffin candles, hold more scent, clean up in water, are biodegradable, made from a natural, renewable resource, and contain no petro-chemical byproducts. You cant get much better than that!

This large colour-free Vanilla scented candle comes in a chunky spanish glass container, and should burn for 30 - 50+ hours. Approx 190g soy wax in a 250ml container.

For best results, always trim the wick to about 5-7mm before each use, and allow the candle to burn for around 2 hours - until the pool of melted wax on top reaches the edges of the container. This is especially important on the first burn, to ensure your candle 'remembers' to melt evenly and not 'tunnel'.
