Our policies are
simple - we want you to be a very happy customer.
If you are unhappy with a transaction, please use the
contact us page to contact the store you purchased the product
from.
If you feel that the store is not responding (please give them
time), contact the customer service on the
contact us page.
Before Buying
If you have any questions about a
product, payment or postage options please contact the seller
beforehand as all sales are considered final upon checkout. Payment
must be made within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made with
the seller. If payment is not received in this time then the order
will usually be cancelled and the items re-listed for sale.
Prices
All prices are in Australian
dollars and include GST where appropriate.
Postage
The shopping cart will calculate
the postage for each store individually. Due to technical
limitations it does not calculate postage on multiple different
items from one seller as well as we would like. A store may revise
your postage costs after ordering to take into account reduced
postage costs for multiple purchases or to add in insurance if you
request it after ordering. Please check with them if you think the
postage charge seems excessive.
International Buyers
Some of our stores do not ship
internationally or shipping to all countries may not be available so
please check before purchasing. The stores will also be able to
provide you with a quote for postage for you order. After your order
is received a final invoice including postage will be provided by
each store you purchased from. All prices calculated by the web
site's shopping cart are for within Australia only unless otherwise
stated.
Auctions
Bidding on an OZeBaby auction
enters you into a legally binding contract with the seller and bids
should only be made after ensuring the product is what you want and
is the correct size, if in doubt please contact the seller BEFORE
bidding. Sellers reserve the right to extend the duration of an
auction at their discretion, such as in the case of fake bids being
made so as to allow those who were outbid to rebid if they would
like to.
Warranties
Each store on OZeBaby is totally independent and you are
actually buying from individual businesses, so each store handles its own after sale service, warranty issues and follow ups.
OZeBaby is not responsible for any
aspect of the sales made through this site and does not guarantee
the quality, safety or legality of the products advertised, the
truth or accuracy of descriptions, the ability of sellers to sell
items, or that a seller will actually complete a transaction. We do
however want you to feel confident that, to the best of our ability,
we have brought together a group of businesses with great
reputations for quality products and integrity, and we welcome any
feedback on your experiences shopping here.
Returns
Returns are generally only accepted
on unwashed and unused items and at are the discretion of each
seller. The Buyer is to pay for return postage unless otherwise
specified. Please contact the store in question to discuss any
possible returns before sending the item back.
